So we’ve had some great postal deliveries yesterday! Been after any of the original Something Weird Video VHS trailer compilations for years, they’ve been deleted and out of print for years, rare for them to pop up on ebay.
Also had a great 35MM find, love how random collecting these trailers is, you never know what’ll turn up day to day!
“I respect a man that’s good at what he does. I’ll tell you something, I’m very good at what I do.”
So DukeFest Zero is over, a HUGE thanks to everyone who made it along to any of our events. We had no idea if anyone would turn up, but you did and you all rule. Expect an in-depth write up soon as well as video highlights, in the mean time we’d just like to say that DukeFest will return in 2015!
I don’t mind being woken up at 7.30AM while I’m on holiday when it’s the Cards Of Death new VHS release from Bleeding Skull & Mondo! We’ll watch this soon and let you know what we think of it, we know it’s going to rule already.
Bring along the strangest, weirdest, funniest music video to our DukeFest Music Video Found Footage night and you could win this totally inappropriate trophy to keep forever! We’re throwing the screen open to you, so dig deep and bring something weird along on the night, Evrim and Spencer from Death Waltz Recording Company will be the judges! Join us at Phoenix Artist Club on Tuesday 1 July – FREE ENTRY!
