This week we were very kindly donated a fantastic VHS haul, here’s a look at some of the highlights. We’re always looking for strange and offbeat VHS tapes, if you have anything that you think we’d enjoy then please do get in touch, we’d love to see what you’ve got. You can check these tapes out and loads more during DukeFest at our Great VHS Experiment event!
Here’s the #DukeFest 2018 trailer! Take a watch and get your first look at what we’ve got in store for you this year at The Prince Charles Cinema and PimpShuei. Trailer music composed and performed by our festival special guest: Pentagram Home Video.
Tomorrow we’ll drop the DukeFest 2018 trailer on you all, check it out and you’ll get your first look at some of the oddities we’ve got in store for you this year! “See Tomorrow Today…only at DukeFest!”
Here’s the three VHS tapes we took a brief look at during the DukeFest launch night: a super rare Warner Brothers video dealer trailer tape hosted by Simon Bates, a tape that sadly turned out to be blank that had come all the way from Top Ten Records In Dallas, Texas and a reliable dose of madness from Found Footage Festival and their Strange Men release. For way more VHS craziness come and join us at the main DukeFest in July!
